Lack of oral communication skills and depending mainly on electronic communications.
Communication is perhaps the most essential component in business. Without communication, companies cannot interact with their customers. Internally, confusion will arise and slow productivity.

To lead others, you must demonstrate effective communication skills. Otherwise, a manager will lack the credibility to implement his employer’s objectives, and struggle to rally worker teams behind them. Managers who communicate well are also more likely to become good problem solvers, which is an essential skill to function well in an international workplace where diversity is increasingly the norm. Employees who show an aptitude for verbal and written communication are more likely to advance up the corporate ladder, as well.

Effective communication between managers and employees is requisite for a well-functioning workplace. Jane Thomas wrote in their book Effective Business Communications. "Knowing the content of the functional areas of business is important, but to give life to those ideas—in meetings or in solo presentations—demands an effective oral presentation."  Learning such skills serves as a long-term investment in your future as an effective leader

We will be using why technique to be able to reach the root cause of our problem:
Why many companies are unable to grow or gain more business contracts?
Managers or employees are unable to communicate with customers and deliver them the direct message to convince
them for deals accomplishment.
Why customers are not convinced to accomplish most deals?
Customers cannot see most of the benefits and advantages that they will gain from the company services.
Why are the advantages hidden to the customers?
Services and products are not properly introduced to salesmen or not properly received by the employee himself so
unfortunately he cannot deliver the whole message to the customer.
Why did the employee or manager not get the full information of the service or product he sells?
Because of the bad communication between the sender and the receiver.

We now understand that lack of communication skill affects directly on the company growth.
For oral communication to be effective, it should be clear, relevant, tactful in phraseology and tone, concise, and informative. Presentations or conversations that bear these hallmarks can be an invaluable tool in ensuring business health and growth. Unclear, inaccurate, or inconsiderate business communication, on the other hand, can waste valuable time, alienate employees or customers, and destroy goodwill toward management or the overall business

How to improve oral communication skills in the workplace:

1 st Alternative:
Seeking employees who has learned oral communication skills during school.
Using debate as an educational tool is not new, but the use of this format in marketing courses is relatively rare. Debates will be more used in senior level marketing courses as the importance of effective communication skills for marketing graduates grows.

Every Company running a new business is seeking profit and a gradual increase and extension in the market, as we
discussed before communication skills is one of the basics to reach the company target.
I believe that during establishment of any company it must seek to hire employees who has already studied and trained
well on communication skills. This will save the company tons of money that could be wasted by losing important deals.
We also could seek a professional speech coach from time to time so that the company be updated with any new skills
that could help us be on the right track and compete successfully in the market.
